, to ensure the safe, efficient operation of all equipment.
This position operates under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Lead.
Essential Duties and Tasks To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.

Maintain all equipment to OSHA and company standards Maintain all production equipment to ensure their operation is safe and in proper operating condition including both mechanical and minor electrical repairs Troubleshoot equipment and process issues as necessary Perform preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment Communicate with department heads and production personnel about proper operation of equipment and future upgrades Participate in on-call rotation schedule of all maintenance personnel to ensure 24-hour coverage of maintenance needs in the event of an emergency.
Participate with peers and supervisors in addressing problem areas, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, planning methods, and operating procedures Perform other duties as needed RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all ProAmpac Safety, Quality, Operational and Employment policies and practices Remove from operation any machine deemed unsafe and immediately notify management Adhere to all Quality principles as outlined in our Quality System to ensure efficient production of a quality product on a day-to-day basis Maintain all facility safety devices and insure they are in proper working condition Day-to-day compliance with quality, food safety and prerequisite programs Post repair cleanup of equipment Report food safety concerns Operate in a manner that will reduce waste and optimize usable production Halt manufacturing processes and immediately notifying management of any safety, material, equipment or technical non-conformance Participate with co-workers and supervisors in addressing problem areas, planning methods and operating procedures Identify and record quality related problems, initiate action to prevent nonconformance, and recommend solutions Control the further processing of materials until any deficiency is corrected Must be able to work 2nd shift.
(2 pm - 10 pm) #URGENT Qualifications, Education and Experience To perform this job successfully employee must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; problem-solving skills; ability to work accurately, to meet deadlines; ability to work well independently and as part of a team; ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work history Ability to work and communicate with all levels of employees 2
years' previous electrical/mechanical maintenance experience Previous manufacturing experience as a Tech Must be able to work 2nd shift.
(2 pm - 10 pm)Salary:
$54 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
