We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Health Coach to join our team.
As a Health Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and motivation to individuals looking to improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients - Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management - Provide ongoing support and accountability to clients as they work towards their health goals - Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to help clients overcome barriers and make positive behavior changes - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients - Track client progress and adjust care plans as needed - Stay up-to-date on the latest research and trends in health coaching Requirements:
- Certification in health coaching or a related field - Experience in personal training or yoga instruction is a plus - Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust - Empathetic and compassionate approach to client care - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
