Reporting to the Transportation Manager, this supervisor will have duties as following
- Provide appropriate leadership, while setting a model example for all subordinates
and peers.
- Manage driver performance and productivity through coaching and counseling
- Identify any potential process improvements, and communicate those potential
improvements accordingly
- Assist in resolving any driver road problems.
- Review Transportation Log and Truck Delays
- Oversee cash in drivers CODs and expense money.
- Call drivers on schedule changes and fill out Route Change Verification Log
Schedule:
2nd Shift and WeekendsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
