Bio-Medical Facility Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY
Processes both daily ventilator requests and weekly Distribution Center requests both in an out of the Bio-Medical Facility. This includes validating all necessary documentation and following up with any discrepancies and answering questions from the field. Information from these requests are entered in various computer systems and/or spreadsheets for tracking and scheduling. Generates Purchase Orders for repair parts in computer system as directed by the Kanban system as well as capital equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process branch requests for ventilators.
Verify receipt of a completed form and a model specific script for new orders and validate the date.
Verify receipt of a completed form and validate the data for equipment exchanges.
Follow up with the branch regarding any discrepancies.
Generate shipping documents and deliver to the warehouse for fulfillment.
Field questions from the branches about the BioMed Direct process and the NIV program.
Process branch discrepancy claims regarding the weekly Exchange Tracking report.
Research, educate, and make appropriate systematic edits.
Process weekly orders for the Distribution Centers.
Process JDA Transfers and supplement as appropriate through usage history analysis.
Generate shipping documents and deliver to the warehouse for fulfillment.
Data Entry ? daily updates to a half dozen spreadsheets.
Generate reports & publish daily BMD Inventory status and weekly Exchange Tracking.
Generate Purchase Orders for ventilators at the direction of Procurement.
Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Required Qualifications

At least two years related experience is preferred.

The noise level in the work environment is varies based on the locations or activities proximate to which can range from low to high.
Weather and temperature exposures range from normal indoor climate-controlled environment in buildings or vehicles and various outdoor seasonal conditions and temperature extremes encountered throughout the year in a variety of US states.
General lighting is generally provided via fluorescent lighting indoors, and natural lighting outdoors, and low light conditions consistent with outdoor and/or night working environment.
The employee may be exposed to higher noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
Low to moderate potential exposure to moderate dust, chemicals, ozone, fumes and odors, as well as cryogenic liquids and cleaning agents.
May be required to use hand tools for assembly and repair, material handling equipment, cutting, carrying devices, cleanup kits or equipment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
