Client Returns Advocate

Requisition Number: 69722¬

¬

It is said that the true measure of a company is not seen when things are going well, but rather when things are not going well. When a client decides to return a product they purchased, things are not going well. This creates an opportunity for the right person to demonstrate the true quality of our company.

¬

That person is our Client Returns Advocate, a title we've chosen to vote confidence to clients that they have an advocate at Insight when it comes time to return anything.

¬

We're Insight, a Fortune 500 global technology services provider, and we're looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills plus great attention to detail and awesome follow-up skills to be our Client Returns Advocate.

¬

This is an important position in which you'll receive incoming requests for returns, explain our return policy to clients, arrange for their product return and initiate all vendor-related processes to facilitate it. In many cases our vendor-partners will take the returned products back from us, so we don't have to return them to our inventory. You'll also be supplying the client with whatever return labels and packaging they may need, and scheduling pick-ups where necessary.

¬

Transactions will be happening on both sides of you. Returns coming in from clients, and returns going out to vendors for which you'll need to confirm their receipt and crediting of our accounts.

¬

This position offers a tremendous variety of growth paths to the right performer. Insight is a global company with many departments and constant growth. If that's the kind of company you'd like to find yourself in, and you've got the communications and follow-through skills, talk to us about becoming our next Client Returns Advocate.
